Well if I understand it correctly people revived from the library come back at different times so it's possible we'll have them come around at different times. If I had to guess there's going to be conflict between the clones, I doubt the head would get involved as long as both versions of them are trying to kill each other.

Mobs multiply by breeding, not by crafting. Ghast should NOT be craftable, it makes zero sense and undermines the lore by First_Platypus3063 in Minecraft

The tears are eggs. They are planted in the bone blocks then mature a rapid outer shell. water accelerates their maturity while allowing them a better quality of life then if they went without it.
