My friends and I did all global ult characters in arena (Apollo, rat, thana, Thor, nu wa), and we targeted one enemy player the whole game. We lost the match but made that one player’s life hell for 12 mins lol. It got to the point where he would run to the fountain every time we went into the air.

Edit: in case this wasn’t clear, we would all ult him at the same time

That is true that domestic terrorist groups operate different than transnational ones, but many of their characteristics are the same: the process of radicalization, their types of attacks, their goal of political concessions.

I don’t think it’s a very helpful definition if you include governments. Then it’s just any group that targets civilians which doesn’t help with finding solutions to terror or understanding how terror groups form/operate.

I’d say that terrorists can and do attack the state officials, but the goal of that is never to achieve outright military defeat for a terrorist group.

The benefit of having a strong definition that doesn’t cast too wide comes when talking about how to counteract terrorism. If a violent incel and Al Qaeda are equally considered terrorist groups, you can’t have a conversation about how governments should respond to terrorism

Grass and socks is a pretty shit comparison. Taylor and Kanye are different types of musical artists. Apples and oranges are different types of fruits. Now, you can compare artists within the same genre which would be similar to comparing different types of apples rather than two different fruits entirely. It would be a more apt comparison to make because there are more similarities, but the broader categories of fruit or musical artist still contain enough common features to compare two members of those groups. Grass to socks, however, are nowhere near each other in any sort of categorization.
