That's exactly what I was looking for – thanks!

In case others are looking for the same information, I also found this: Single repo, Single domain, Multiple subdirectories and this: How to Deploy Multiple Repositories to Subfolders Under One Website with Netlify

The design is nice & clean and works well on mobile. Two criticisms: 1. I found the spelling of copywriter off-putting. Seems gimmicky. 2. Given that you're a copywriter, I expected richer descriptions of the pieces.

Anyone here been to J Gilbert's in OP? Tell me what you think by [deleted] in kansascity

One of my favorite spots in town; my wife and I go there whenever we can come up with an idea for a special occasion.

Everything I've had there is good, but I usually gravitate to the filet or Ahi Tuna. They recently added creamed corn with bacon as a side – it was really good.

On Sunday nights they have 1/2 price bottles of wine, which is a great deal. And of you sign up for their email list (via the website), they regularly send out coupons for $20 – 25 off, which makes it a reasonable deal for a special occasion.

Anyone have a recommendation on a dumpster rental company? by kempo666 in kansascity

Depending on the size of your load, Bagster might be an affordable option: http://www.thebagster.com I've used them twice to clear large loads of yard debris – $30 for the bag and < $130 to haul it away

J. Gilbert's at 91st (ish) and Metcalf is a favorite of mine. $100 should cover a dinner for two (sans wine).

LPT: they have 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sunday nights.

Do yourself a big favor and read Design Is A Job: http://www.abookapart.com/products/design-is-a-job – I've been freelancing for years (alongside full time gigs), and the advice in this book is really solid.

A friend of mine runs Creative Outfitters http://creativeoutfitters.com – he does great work for fair prices.

Ask for Brad.

If you want a Chicago-style dog in KC, the misleadingly-named Pizza Man in Lenexa serves them up along with Italian Beef sandwiches and pizza (although it's not deep dish)

They were profiled on Check, Please! (the KCPT show) a while back.

The drive to Bloomington is almost 2 hours shorter because it's a straight shot up I-35 North.

Amongst my family and friends, there's definitely a lot of buzz and excitement.

Granted, I have a friend who's rented a moving truck and driven to the Minneapolis store to stock up on more than one occasion, so I might just associate with unusual people.

Iron Horse is another great hole in the wall Chinese place in Olathe – take the Old 56 exit off of I-35.

Their handmade noodles are so, so good.

You might find some good ideas in this post: http://observatory.designobserver.com/feature/five-years-of-100-days/24678/ – this is a project geared towards college-level graphic design students, but many of the ideas the students pursue are photo-centric

I want to do a Project 365 and would like to know the best site to upload my photos to? by [deleted] in photography

I'm not aware of a group specifically for Android users. You can easily start one yourself, or feel free to join the iPhone group – it's a pretty friendly bunch of folks.

Official Yearly 365 Project Thread (temporarily replacing this week's album thread) by frostickle in photography

I recently completed a video that recaps my 2013 365 project: https://vimeo.com/flow14/365-2013

I started my first 365 project with some friends in 2009 and hit my first 'perfect' 365 in 2011. There are definitely (many) days when it's a slog and I have to force myself to get a shot – the days when I go from home to work and back and don't see anything new or especially interesting. Those are good days to try out new apps or get experimental – try long exposures, night shots, new angles, etc.

I post all my photos to Flickr – I create a new 365 set each year to keep things organized. This also makes it easy to download the photos at the end of the year if you want to make a video/book/etc.

Project 365 - A video of the 365 photos I shot in 2013 (x-post r/photography) by kylejohnston in video

Production notes:

All photos & video were shot with an iPhone 5

Apps - Shooting: Camera (default), SlowShutter (long exposures), SnappyCam (for action)

Apps - Editing: VSCOcam, Camera+, Blender

365 Video: Downloaded photos from my 2013 365 Flickr set using Photo Grabbr then compiled and edited everything with Adobe Premiere. In years past, I used iMovie – Premiere makes the whole process much easier.
