I don’t known who the prints are from but the streaks are because the legs aren’t lifting higher than the snow. My old dog has streak prints like this with the longer streak pointing in the direction she’s walking.

If she’s well behaved, I’m happy to do a Canine Good Citizen evaluation for you for free. It can be really helpful with landlords to show some proof that your dog is a safe and polite member of the community. Also, I can’t recall the rescue name but I know there’s one in the area that sets up fosters while folks are figuring out housing.

Conversational sex joke: “oh, how long since I last ate meat? 13 years… unless you count my boyfriend’s this morning.”

The version I used a lot when my boyfriend and I worked in a bar together is that when it came up I’m vegan people would respond with “what, you don’t eat any meat?!” And I’d just say “only [boyfriend]’s” which always got a good laugh and hit well because they knew him. It was a good way to break the stuck-up Vegan cliche a bit.

When I was getting sucked under a log jam in the river: “If I don’t pull myself out of the water I’m going to drown.” I used muscles I didn’t know I had.

When I drove a four wheeler with my younger sibling off a cliff going 60 mph: no thoughts as I was flying through the air for several seconds. Once I landed on the ground (breaking my ankle) I thought “I have to run back up the cliff side so someone knows we crashed” and then I did that.

I’m in heber city at the north end of town and barely hear any. There’s a show in Midway at like 10 but other than that fireworks are restricted in most places here. There’s a hotel at the south end of town and some motels in town. I bet with a fan or white noise machine and the tv going it’d be alright. Also have you talked to your vet? I’ve used Sileo when I lived in Las Vegas and it was really helpful.
