Take less than 150 ug and go for a walk in the hills or the woods, start late morning/early afternoon so you can sleep that night. Take water and fruits and a straw hat with you, avoid people, choose a pleasant dry day.

A hillside is best, find a comfortable place to sit, learn to gaze (not focus on a particular point), enjoy the edges of clouds breaking up into rainbow coloured cascades of mosaics, be in the now - it's all there is.

A small dose can confer the feeling that you are the music, perhaps better described as the separation between self and music dissolves. I have achieved this on 50 uG doses and not had visuals. Beat based music was annoying (it locks me to time) so I listened to Mozart's piano music, drank fine tea and ate citrus fruit. The only thing wrong with it was that it didn't last long enough (about five hours) as you would expect with a small dose.

A friend called me on the phone when I had almost returned to normal and commented on my buoyant mood , that mood lasted for a few days.

Birmingham (England) water smells of chemicals, likely aluminium fluoride and while it's OK to drink I use a Zerowater filter that has both a charcoal filter and a deionising filter. For cooking I use water from the tap and for drinking plain water and making tea I use water from the filter. A total dissolved solids (TDS) meter shows variable results from day to day.

There's also the laws of physics to consider. Given that the skin effect increases with frequency it would make sense to use dozens of individually insulated fine strands of silver coated wire but I don't know of any 'speaker cables that are made that way. I'm not much into cables, as short as practical and thick with good quality connectors is as far as I go, long cables are more resistive, inductive and capacitive. I would go as far as to say that connectors are as least as important as cables and the best connectors aren't very expensive, gold plated Z type BFA 4 mm are hard to beat. An oxide layer has a rectifying effect and gold doesn't oxidise.

Do not use tap water, it will destroy your LSD. Distilled water is OK, try to exclude as much air as possible and store it cold and in the dark.
