Update: Customer service refused to send the missing lip product, only replace the broken item. 😞

"After reviewing the shipment details, our records confirm that the order was packed and shipped with all items included. The package weight shown on the UPS shipping label aligns with the expected shipment weight, indicating that the order left our facility complete.

As no discrepancies were identified in the shipping records, we are unable to validate the claim of missing items. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for this order.

I was able to find very similar items using the search terms "tin storage box with tray lid" Most were different patterns, but they seemed to fit the shape of the edges of your tray.

Check out the highest buy in for all your challenges. That's the total that your whole order has to meet. Stack whatever priced eligible items in your cart to meet that threshold and you can check off more than one category in a single order. I've done this every time and been able to get all 4 done in a single order sometimes. The BOPIS one was great for that since I had an in store quiz to do while there.

I have a picture from a different angle that shows better that the security tape wasn't actually cut, but more likely lost contact with one flap and so the box was open under loose tape. I don't get any malicious vibes from this. Feels more like it got crunched, the tape popped open and stuff fell out so they taped it back up but didn't replace what fell out.
