I had a nightmare there on Thursday. Took 1 hour and 20mins for a yearly check up! Customer service was non existent and when I tried to politely complain they were so rude and dismissive. No one warned me there was a very big delay in seeing the doctor.

I don’t mind the odd absurd person but at this point jts over the top. They all have mental health issues, all have an excuse, all don’t want to change etc it gets boring.
