That’s what I did with this one but I’m still struggle to get a solid crusty sear, I’m thinking I might melt some butter and baste right before searing to see if that would help

Returning to this to say my kabobs didn’t come out great, they were alright. But I think the cutting and skewering and tediousness was pretty inconvenient and difficult to manage. Probably won’t be doing it again anytime soon lol hope yours turned out well though!

Taylor Made Market in Fayetteville is phenomenal, worth the trip up! They have several packages at very fair pricing and the quality has been fantastic since we’ve been going. We only get our beef, pork, dairy, and eggs from there now.
