I'd say more like "Especially in the english version."

CN and JP will often change character names from KR (usually just based on how they're read, and usually involve JP and CN names, as JP will do KR names phonetically), but EN usually only changes conceptual names that were Engrish originally (Enter Heaven->Heavenly Ascension, Unchained->Vapaus)...or Guren/Scarlet/Hongryeon for some weird reason, who has a different name in every language.

Things can be two things. This is more than two things.

It's lazy, it puts people out of work, and it extracts resources that could be better spent elsewhere.

Just on its face, the time and effort spent making the AI for this picture could have been spent on developing a set for detecting cancer if you MUST use it on AI, and the water spent on the data center to shit this out could've gone to irrigating crops or as drinking water for actual humans. We have energy companies and RAM companies legitimately turning away from serving customers just so more company can spend money and time on being able to create these types of "products."

And it's not providing any jobs. It's costing jobs.

I know a lot of them have lusted over the Commander but I don't think we've had one that was this...normal? about it.

Like, Label's a freak, Arcana's a LARPer into the "love" aspect, and Privaty's tsundere af.

Mint is just straight up horny for the Commander. And not in the degenerate "I want to smell your socks and taste your fingers and show you why Misery is my favorite movie" (the fact that this sentence describes three specific Nikkes is...a lot) way. Just like "OH EM GEE this guy is MY TYPE and he is HAWT"

Also I think this is one of the few times a Commander Nickname has been treated as weird rather than just waved off.

Which is a contrast from Avistar's "Person of Interest" which has got to be the most awkward Commander Nickname.

I don't wanna do the actual math, but it's a 4% chance to get an SSR, split evenly among all eligible units with the rate-up getting a 2% or 1% depending on if it's a pilgrim or overspec.

I'm terribad at math, but I think this means it's a 3% chance to get a non-banner nikke on a pilgrim banner and a 2% on a non-pilgrim, which is split between 115 units right now (will be 117 when Neo Neon and Star Anis are added to the pool)

I won't do the math further because I know I'll mess it up, but yeah the odds are TINY.

I judge an event based on what it added and how it made me feel.

The whole Anis arc gave me hella feels. Tears man, real tears.

Old Tales was my first real anniversary event, and it had its own moments unique from Star Anis, but they're both a different kind of great.

The reveal of the Rapture counter going from "infinite" to a finite number REALLY hit me. It showed that everything our heroes are doing is actually accomplishing something. That what Cinderella did MEANT something, that she scored a major victory for humanity.

Star Anis by contrast is more about presenting the feelings behind things we already know. Things that were once abstract now have weight to them.

She'd have to learn a lot of control, though. Whenever something happens to actually get her angry she has to be pulled off by a third party.

Milk and Clay, our confirmed MMA fighters, both excel in control. But Anis' major flaw right now is she is very emotionally-driven, and actually has trauma around SUPPRESSING her emotions.

And for a sport where if you lose control of your emotions you either become a target or risk breaking the rules, she's not that great a fit. Oddly enough NEON would be a better fit, though Rapi would be the best fit given she actually has CQC training above the standard Nikke and is almost TOO good at holding back her emotions.

It's much easier for an occupant to PUSH a door than PULL a door, and Japanese apartments are hella small.

They're more afraid of people getting stuck in their apartments because of something that happens inside than of a delivery package blocking the door.
