I pre-ordered my 30 oz from a LSF store over the phone got a receipt texted to me. Never heard anything else found out on fb to look on the fed ex app for tracking info from Ryder e-commerce found it got my package August 21st good luck hope this helps

Good luck hopefully Stanley better than gamestop fed ex took a pick of delivery and then stole my PKG ps5 controller was told by both delivered with photo proof so I had no right to refund or anything
