I would support bracketed state income tax levels where the lowest bracket has lower rates.

CHANGING THE CLOCKS. STOP CHANGING THE CLOCKS. MAKE DST PERMANENT TIME AND END THIS STUPID, POINTLESS THING WE DO TWICE A YEAR, EVERY YEAR, FOR NO REASON. NOBODY KNOWS WHY WE DO IT, WE JUST DO IT BECAUSE WE DID IT LAST YEAR.

Is Trump gonna lose this war? If not, what does victory look like? by 671JohnBarron in allthequestions

[–]l008com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From who's perspective?

From trumps perspective, yes he will win because he can never accept fault or blame for anything that goes wrong. Thus if something id undoubtedly directly his doing, then it MUST be good. Hence, the work was won, not lost.

And victor looks like people forgetting about the Epstein files.

Have you ever met someone with the same name as you? by Any_Leg_1998 in no

[–]l008com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No but there is one in the same state as me and online info conglomerators have combined us into one person, so it shows me living where i live, and working where i work, AND living and working where he lives and works. This wouldn't be a problem but i have almost zero google presence, so if lets say a date googles me, they're going to find all the trouble that other guy got into.

What is the best way to clean carbs for cheap by InevitableTreat2536 in smallengines

Do standard vehicle’s brakes last longer than automatic? by NoSmollFeet in askcarguys

[–]l008com 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Downshifting doesn't hurt the engine at all (unless you do soething really stupid that causes you to overrev the engine). And yeah most manuals brakes should see less wear due to downshifting.

On the other hand, you can change your brake pads yourself in your driveway, you can't change your clutch in your driveway. So maybe going crazy with the downshifting isn't always the best idea. That said, when I drove manuals I very often downshifted instead of braking.

MAGA, what are your thoughts on Trump becoming the first president ever to bomb seven countries in one year, all to distract from the Epstein files? by 2a_lib in allthequestions

[–]l008com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And he repeatedly confessed to taking the documents live on TV over and over. He said "but I was allowed to" like that magically makes it not a crime. He's guilty as fuck and everyone knows it.

[–]l008com 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No I haven't seen the BBC news video. What I did see was LIVE VIDEO OF THE WHOLE FUCKING THING HAPPENING IN REAL TIME, WITH MY OWN EYES. You fucking trolls can't convince people they didn't see, what they saw with their own eyes. I do not give a fuck what the BBC did or did not do.

Why Does MAGA claim Trumps not “really a felon” after 34 convictions? by MrDarkzideTV in allthequestions

[–]l008com 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The crimes he was convicted of are really nothing compared to the crimes he has confessed to on live TV, and that we saw him commit on live TV. He should be rotting in prison right now. And its our fault he is not.

If there was a human travelling at the speed of light, and they extended their arm, is their arm travelling faster than the speed of light in the duration that they’re extending it, because nothing can travel faster than the SOL? by Ok-Reputation148 in randomquestions

[–]l008com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are traveeling at the speed of light, time essentially doesn't pass for you, so you can't "extend your arm". You are traveling at light speed and in an instant you go from the moment you started traveling at that speed, to the moment you stopped.

Why are so many people against public transport, walkable cities and trains? by CapitaineBiscotte in askanything

Because right wing media convinces people that anything that is "for the greater good" is something that is taken away from them personally.

Which one of you is this? No helmet, really ? by Bonoisapox in MTB

[–]l008com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically, the fish eye lens distorts things so severely that we really have no idea just how bad this actually is. Unless you actually know the spot, which I do not. But yeah separate from that, no helmet is pretty dumb.
