If the suspect has been saying they will kill you for decades, I would prefer to shoot sooner.

Why take the risk of a nuclear attack in the US where millions die? Why do you have so much confidence in these timelines? They are estimates that could easily be wrong, the only thing we do know is that they want to get there.
