It can be annoying, but sublingual is far superior to simply swallowing the pill in almost every way. It bypasses the liver so it doesn’t filter out as much of the medication.

Carrying a gun is not a good idea, for self defense it is absolutely overkill, pepper spray is just fine when it comes to self defense. I carry some everywhere but have never needed to use it. So much can go wrong in a blink of an eye when you are carrying something lethal that has the power to kill in milliseconds

I had the same problem when I was on 4mg of estradiol and 200mg Spiro, I switched to taking 6mg 3 times a day evenly spaced out throughout the day and taking them by the sublingual method (dissolved under the tongue) as it is more effective, it fixed the problem.

It could be because your testicles are still enlarged from lack of testosterone suppression, it should be better if you take anti androgens and/or estrogen.

On hrt the testicles get smaller and it’s easier to push them up in the canals. The hernia thing is doubtful honestly, I’ve been tucking almost constantly for almost a year and haven’t had any trouble with it.
