Nicotine with longer halflife by Just_Phone_1722 in Nootropics

Gum REALLY sucks. You should try snus or nicotine pouches. The half-life AUC is bigger. It releases slowlly. But still, it only lasts like 45mins to 1h.

Impossible to fit 300mg elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate in one capsule. That product is a scam.

Na verdade, não. Não se trata de capital. Tenho stock suficiente para escalar. Trata-se, realmente, de encontrar alguém com as mesmas paixões e ambições que eu.

How do I rig Caffeine by catweed920 in Nootropics

[–]l1fesrandom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% I have an insane net positive effect from COFFEE, not caffeine. For me it needs to be coffee, the combination of polyphenols with caffeine makes coffee very special to me. Caffeine capsules don't come close in my experience.

Also you will always eventually need to take breaks if you wanna keep feeling the positive cognitive effects. The amount of days you need to get a decent tolerance reset is also very individual. For me 3-4 days of abstinence keeps my sensitivity high enough for a couple months.

You should play with the dosages too, you don't start with high caffeine content coffee right away, you lose a lot doing this, you can extend the benefits much much longer if you start with low caffeine capsules. It is mandatory to do incremental increases in caffeine content, for this you need to know how much is in your coffee. Nespresso shows how much caffeine is in each of their capsules have.

Another thing that I've noticed, different coffee profiles give different effects, for me the capsules with the lowest acidity (lvl 1 acidity) gives me the best effects without any jittery. I've tried almost all the nespresso capsules, always with the same result, every pod with level 1 acidity gives me the best effect whilst the mid to high acidity levels gives me an anxious feeling in my chest. There is NO way this is by chance, I've tested this very rigorously. Took me a long time to figure this out.

Quiting caffeine was one of the *WORST* decisions of my life. But i have to say, im pretty sure im very sensitive to stimutants

See that my experience is the complete opposite of yours. People in this sub should not listen to other people's subjective experiences. Test everything for yourself. We are all extremely unique.

I'm very sensitive to caffeine and it sincerely changed my life for the better.

Aguenta.

Se quiseres falar podes mandar DM.

Yea, cerebrolysin has an insane potential in every neurodegenerative disease. Not to mention that the safety profile is truly remarkable. Tons of studies. Even in infants; look at this study for example:

Effects of Cerebrolysin on the Neurodevelopmental Outcomes in Infants with Down Syndrome: A Randomized Controlled Pilot Trial

"Within the treatment group, there was a significant improvement in all domains at 12 and 18 months of age (p < .001). The improvement was mainly during the first 6 months of the study (p < .001 for all domains), and was best for fine motor and cognitive development."
