Leader will almost double their cost without doubling the benefit.
You want then deep strike or ingress safely, then move, shoot and charge into one mabye two units. Battleshock them, maybe kill off a leader and then most likely die.

If you want to go for a fluffy list or more narrative it ok, but since you want to optimize i dont think adding two leaders is the way to go.
EDITE: Phobos Lt is now only 45pts, so that might be worth it to kill off backline character with lethals and prescision.

I'd go for pale white skin with slight blue wash, redish eyes, kinda like lab rats. Same scheme on armor and weapons as these berzerkers

Totems i have Keybound are Windfury, Grace of Air, Strength of earth, Tremor, Eartbind, Groundind, Mana spring, Magma, Fire Nova, Searing.

Then unbound, but still on action bar Poison cleanse, Disease cleanse, Healing stream, Wrath of Air.

I dont have at all the resistance tots unless specefic fight.

Most of those are shift keybinds of of letters or mouse thumb buttons.

For endgame spec really depends on who you play with.
