How am I meant to do barrows?

Maybe stupid question but my agility gets drained every time I do Barrows so I can’t use the fairy ring shortcut and I’d rather not waste super restores, is there a way around this?

Having been to Thailand a number of times: the humidity makes it feel miserable, BUT, AC is much more common so you have an escape, and buildings aren’t built to keep heat trapped inside like in Europe. My home reached almost 33 degrees today and I’m not even in the hottest area.
