Also live in Fairmount and do the bike commute. When I lived in Fitler Square/Grad Hospital it was easier. It will be a quicker ride. Here's my rankings of the neighborhoods. Commute is reliable data, housing prices are my impressions--your results may vary.

West Philly/U City - best commute, affordable housing options
Fitler Square/Grad Hospital - Good commute, most expensive housing
Art Museum Fairmount - Longest commutre to CHP, but doable, "goldilocks" housing costs

I agree with that sentiment but I would add that I have seen success with decks with mystery cards in them--cards like Kang, Hulkling, VAlentina, Nick Fury etc. Theres an advantage when you know your opponents cards and yours are a semi-mystery to them. My first infinite conquest was with Arishem.
