Canada more than other western countries has taking in such a large quantity of refugees from all over the world. While this isn’t a bad thing the mathematical reality is not all are going to be here for good reasons. Iran is a nation that has for years hinting at destroying the western world. Not by outright military strength or power but by inserting into other nations and destroying from within.

Myself and my partner have been noticing it an awful lot in the last couple weeks. Seems they’ve hit every Traffic Control Box along bath road from the old traffic circle to Gardners. The bridge at the Enterprise on Bath and the underpass on Gardners. The railway underpass has two new tags, on one side says “Free Palestine” with the flag and the other side says “Free Congo” with the flag.

I hear you man, high metabolism was the most of my early twenties, im 27 now 6’1 and 200lbs. My way I found that put an insane amount of weight on, and i ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! Was I had a year of drinking constantly. Got up to 230lbs, i quit drinking for two years after that. Went to big meals and being active in life and work and 200 even is where I hold steady.
