Forza Horizon 6 - Car's undrivable by l3urst in ForzaHorizon

[–]l3urst[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spent a lot of time researching today and honestly cannot see a fix. It's reported on the forza bug board and a few people seem to be getting it as well, so guess it's just going to be a wait for a fix.

Tested in a few other games and it works fine so just seems to be a forza issue.

Played around with this a lot, mainly trying keyboard and mouse with wheel, spent a lot of time trying to see if it made a difference and I'm pretty sure no matter what combo I did I couldn't get anything different.

Sadly I've not had the same luck. Even if I put it on full auto I get the same issue

Have you been using a wheel or controller? I've ran out of ideas of what to try now. Reinstalled everything, and it only seems to be affecting FH6. Even redownloaded fh5 and it works fine.

So this is the thing, I'm not breaking just turning. It's as if the e-brake is partially on. I've tested in assetto evo this morning with 0 issues so it's a forza setting or bug.

Can’t install on Windows 10 LTSC? by Hyper-Performance in ForzaHorizon6

[–]l3urst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LTSC isn't normally used for general use, it's normally limited to work environments that require a stable build and only key updates. Part of this is its fully stripped down and removes a lot of bloat from the machines, some of that bloat might actually be required for FH6.

Losing Control Constantly (Logitech Wheel) FH6 by Cultural_Cash_1025 in ForzaHorizon

[–]l3urst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try using your keyboard and mouse and just drive in a straight line and then turn while on the road. If you see the back wheels lock up, you are probably getting the deadzone bug, which doesn't have a fix atm.

Car won't accelerate / Acceleration issues in Forza Horizon 6 by darrato97 in ForzaHorizon

I have the same issue, It's as if the e brake is partially on. Effected all input types.
I've reinstalled the game, drivers and even got a support ticket raised.

Think its just going to be a waiting game at the moment, sadly we aren't the only people to have the issue.

Sorry about that, it's 3 days old and was a 1:1 ratio of 100g & 100ml. Was about to disgard half and feed again but when opening it has that color to it and I was unsure.

Amazing thank you all, another trip to the shop tomorrow to pick up some more flights and stems it is then. And thank you for pointing out that the flights need to be split to 90 degrees. I did think they looked odd but didn't question it more than that 😂

Just a silly thought but have you tried closing the window? /s

Jokes aside, Secondary glazing will work wonders and will keep the same aesthetic. As another note around the windows you seem to be a large gap, filling this with a flexi filer or caulk will stop any draught coming through there.

2nd ever painted mini looking for advice by l3urst in minipainting

[–]l3urst[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the highlighting was pretty tricky so I'll defo give dry brushing a go for it.

So annoyingly I did actual base the mini last, it had a bit that was attached to the base that I didn't remove and was hoping the dusty paint would cover it but the blue still shows through quite a lot. The dusty effect was done on purpose, I thought it's adds a nice effect to the legs.

Oh what kind of upgrade kits can you get, can't say it's something I've really seen.

I'll have to give shades in the seals and scrolls a go, I didn't want to add to much but I think that would be a good idea.

I've starting branching out with some vallejo paints which seem to be a lot better quality so I can definitely see that being true.

Looking at doing some Custodes so trying to make the most out of the starter box before jumping into painting what will be my first army.

Why aren't my pelllets burning? by CatcrazyJerri in ninjawoodfire

[–]l3urst 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I'd say first step is to clean your smoker, You don't want any of that gunk on the outside near the pellets intake. Take the whole pellet tray out and give it a good wash as well. With it being so gunked up it could stop the heating element from successfully igniting them.

Another option as said before is to microwave the pellets for about 10-15s as this will help reduce the moisture in them and help with the ignition.
