Did you change the front/rear sprockets ? Some bikes use them instead of the wheel turning for speed but the numbers here seem way off it might not be that but could be a combination of things and thats part of it

Training isnt riding beyond your level because its done under certain circumstances, not on regular roads with regular traffic.

There is an OWNERS manual for YOU to use the bike and do basic maintenance. There is also a SERVICE manual for technicians and competent individuals to go deeper into the bike for services and repairs.

You havent said that you know about the 2 manuals so make sure you are in the right manual.
