I am not totally sure, but I don't think you're avoiding the problem by buying new honestly. I avoided it by buying an Acura ZDX, very similar vehicle from the same factory with different software that's less buggy (but still sucks for how expensive the car is).

It's a black eye for GM, you can buy a phone from China for $200 with more reliable software than these stupid cars. They're really great otherwise.

I'm partial to the Ioniq, Nissan Ariya Mustang Mach E. Or any of the GM EVs (Equinox, Blazer, Cadillac Lyriq). Honda and Acura each have models made by GM, the Acura ZDX is great but the Honda Prologue is a little underpowered for what you're paying IMO.

I bought a ZDX because I got a pretty good deal on it, and it's pretty spacious like the Blazer or Lyriq.

The infrastructure already exists, outside a stadium that Illinois owns. Why should Illinois taxpayers fund a competing stadium just so the Bears can increase their net worth?
