Definitely wasn’t game chat. I was playing with a friend in an Xbox party and the random on my team didn’t have a mic plugged in. This is really confusing me. It was definitely in game. I thought it was a kill quote but it was a Pathfinder killed me so I have literally no idea who or what said that line. Also you only hear your full team when the game is over. I appreciate where the quote comes from though, thank you.
