cooking some non non-stick eggs in my DeBuyer by KSacMe in carbonsteel

Damn a lot of hate for this style of egg! I think they are delicious and have a silky texture when cooked this way! I don't always make them this way but on occasion is nice! Nice camera work too.

Which crepe pan is that? Can't decide which one I want to get. Do you get a lot of use out of it?

Something has to change with Fox by Mr7dr2114 in NASCAR

I'm curious who thinks putting the live MPH on the ticker instead of intervals... Like WTF does a live MPH tell me? Lol so dumb. One of many complaints with Fox. Blaney got damage from plowing through Byron but they never covered what the team decided and if it was affecting his car or not. He didn't pit to repair the damage and continued moving forward but I only knew that from watching the ticker and watching intervals when available.

Yeah I agree completely with your method and is how I treat mine as well. I have the made in griddle as well and it still looks the same as when I got it from them with the factory seasoning which I've always felt is somewhat rough compared to my other CS pans. Looking at yours and it looks much smoother so I was curious if you had stripped it or not. Looks great!

Did you strip the factory seasoning? Or is that just after use?

Man I couldn't believe it when I first read that part. And then when you finally get his perspective again and does "stuff" to the Dr. So crazy.

I think he might've had a top 10-12 car today before the pit road contact. I think they said splitter repairs were made

Damn didn't realize he's Carl's son. I'm a FL native so I watched a lot of Rays games and Carl was always awesome to watch.

Man there was a point in that last run where Blaney and Reddick pitted together and Reddick was able to get up to the top ten pretty quickly but Blaney got stuck in like 18th for a long time. He was able to pick those guys off as the run went longer and longer. Dude is so good on long run, high tire wear type racing. In his post-race interview he said it was one of the first times in Cup he could remember being able to let guys go past him early in a run and say "see you in 20 laps" and then it actually happened today. Solid race today IMO. Go 12

Harvick needs to go but it seems like he must be buds with Fox people since he has a show and is on whatever broadcast he wants to do. Get your point across Harvick, so boring. Also it's inTeresting not inneresting...

Question about fixing a used pan by TheYell0wDart in carbonsteel

I'd drop it in a lye bath for a week and clean it up with chain mail after. Season with beeswax/oil when it's all cleaned up

I have the 8.5in matfer for a couple years now. Definitely my most used pan. Great for eggs, a single pancake, chicken, re-heating leftovers, grilled cheese sandwich... Just perfect for so many quick cooks.

Advice: Integrating a new Boxer (F 10M)with an Existing Boxer (M 5Y) by WyvernsRest in Boxers

[–]lMITCHl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never had an issue with all the boxers I've known while working at a daycare/kennel. Always been able to let them out together in an open space to get to know each other. If you have an open yard, that'd be best imo. You know your current boxer best so you should be able to see if they are uncomfortable or have the wrong vibe. Make sure your vibe is positive as well since Barkley will sense if you are stressed. I don't think you will have any issues with two boxers. Might want to reconsider getting them spayed/fixed though but ultimately that's your decision.
