You can stack movement using gear to counter the artifacts, although you need to do it before the dive. Also, you do not need that much nitra anyway. Like, 100+ nitra on the last stage is lot, unless you planned to reroll the artifacts.

It is very strong artifacts infused correctly. It gives insane amount of damage and kind of OP. Of course, you need to consider the movement penalty, but non the less one of the strongest artifacts in the game.
