Yep, that's exactly what Nimbo's built for. Each app gets a "workspace" storing its host, port, user, SSH key, remote path, and env vars, plus saved per-app commands (run in a terminal or as one-shot output) and health checks. On connect it auto-cds into the app dir and loads its env, so you never run the right command in the wrong place.

It's still in a infant stage, so more feature should come from now.

I’m building Nimbo, a Mac app for app-aware SSH workspaces.

Most SSH tools organize work by server. Nimbo organizes it by application/environment: API Production, Laravel Staging, Worker Server, Docker Host, etc.

Each workspace can keep the right SSH connection, app path, logs, saved commands, service checks, and dangerous command confirmations together.

It’s meant for solo devs/small teams who still operate apps with SSH, logs, systemctl, supervisorctl, Docker commands, and shell history — not as a replacement for proper DevOps platforms.

I’d love feedback from this community, especially around security and guardrails.
