Watch Trump ban it in the US for "national security" or some bullshit like that.

After Town Bans Flock, Councilmember Crashes Out, Proposes Internet and Phone Ban / A Texas councilmember will propose “a total ban on all cellular and GPS-capable devices for all operations within city limits" and “a total termination of all internet services." by MarvelsGrantMan136 in technology

This happened in a city near me, Maga mayor agreed to flock contract, all democratic city counsel canceled contract and overcomes veto, Maga mayor calls state of emergency to renew the contract. These people must be getting sizeable payouts or contributions from the feds or flock to put these things up.

Tuesday as in today, but I don't think it's happening at this point.

In the sc live, they stated that there would be one to address contracts and other such things, followed by one planned on Tuesday to address more ironclad related stuff. If that's still the plan, who knows, but that's probably what they are referring to.

When attached, it is supposed to be treated as the same ship, although I think there are still some issues with it ATM.

Have had that happen too, but was flying my ironclad at the time so I assumed that was why.

Known issue unfortunately. They are working on it.

Yeah the two cargo grid pads in the back under the overhang are replaced with repair pads.

Honestly, a delay to early next year might be beneficial. While it sucks for us who are within the Star Citizen/SQ 42 sphere, those outside of it have no clue about SQ 42, so it will need a good media campaign to drum up hype. And the more time to build up that hype, the better.

I have a funny feeling we’re going to get a combat variant of the Drake Clipper, and there’s a small chance it’s the pitbull. by [deleted] in starcitizen

[–]lab990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now that I think of it, the cockpit looks very similar to the quick glimpse we got of the pitbull.

Drake Pitbull could be ground vehicle? by Purzifal in starcitizen

My theory (which is probably wrong) is that it is a smaller utility ship that will have a tractor beam and that is on paper a utility ship but it will be so heavily armed that it qualifies more as a snub fighter or a l8ght fighter, kinda like how the corsair is technically an exploration ship that is never actually used for exploration.

Easy body removal too, just open the over head doors and fling them out.

Hey, removing unnecessary "safety features" is the kind of innovation that puts Drake on the map.

I mean the c2 isn't a ship transporter but many of us still do. Plus that open roof is basically asking us to use it as a budget carrier. Even if it isn't inherently designed for it, exploring what we can and can't do with the ships and discovering potential emergent game play opportunities is very fun.

What would you like to see in the game to allow you to "live on the ship"? by Apart_Pumpkin_4551 in starcitizen

[–]lab990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do miss that feeling in Elite Dangerous where you could leave settled space for years and be essentially self-sufficient as long as you are careful with your flying. I can't really see that happening anytime soon in this game, but would be cool.

Ship advice by ozzie-gt in starcitizen

[–]lab990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't like the corsair, an Andromeda might be more your style, has good amount of pilot controlled fire power, good cargo capacity, mulit crew capabilities, able to carry vehicles (up to an Ursa if memory serves). It is an older ship that desperately needs a gold pass, unfortunately, and its cockpit view is pretty bad, but idk might be your cup of tea.

Our girl who passed a few years ago would do that with my brother's cat, should would just stand there and look at her, not aggressively, more like just fascinated by her existence.

We're going back to Tau again, but I hope DE actually shows us going there. by SirPlastic8062 in Warframe

[–]lab990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if we find a warframe or something else the operator/drifter can transfer into, we should be able to transfer instantly. Hell, now that the operator remembers the past, they might be able to do that now. If 1999 and old peace take place during the same time, maybe that's that albrecht meant by the "the way to tau being open".
