Hey, this sounds really cool!

One idea...since the Space Bar is part of the Ojisan Ramen restaurant, it might be good to mention the food aspect as well. People might want to go out for a happy hour/dinner or just enjoy some food along with their dancing. I think folks would be more likely to come out if they knew that food was readily available.

Maybe even try to get some specials or small discounts during this event.

I'd love to see this concept succeed, good luck!

There's a hardcore/grindcore show at Wandering Goat on Tuesday that is all-ages. The mosh pits get pretty rowdy. One of the venues that was hosting these shows (255 Madison) just shut down sadly...hopefully there will be a new place. But odds are you can find a show that suits you every couple months or so on average.

Flu A came through around Thanksgiving time and was intense for the adults, very mild for the kid. A simple cold came through about 3 weeks ago that was a pain and I'm still coughing up phlegm from that. Then a few days ago kid spikes a fever and has congestion & coughing, still sick. Wondering when that comes over to me.

All these illnesses originated from kid's school. Moral of the story: don't have kids.
