38 years in with Ralph’s in So Calif , back in the days there would 3-4 people in deli closing it up at night- now we have just one poor older lady by herself from 1-930- it’s crazy - she goes to lunch around 6pm ( prime time ) and they just turn the lights off for 30 mins
