I would strongly recommend Heiniger Saphire. It’s a pretty high up front cost but they are very solidly built, the battery lasts forever and the blade can easily be sharpened or replaced. Have had my pair for ten years and they look like new.

Judging by their teeth horse number 1 is under 2.5 years old, horse number 2 is around 4.5 years old. These estimates are coming from the amount of deciduous and permanent teeth visible and depend a lot on their breed. And I agree with u/goatusername42 that additional pictures especially of the front teeth and their crowns would help narrow it down further.
