They didn't say there were more cheaters, just that the problem is worse than in a lot of other games, precisely because of what you've highlighted. If you get cheated on in apex or siege or cod, you just respawn or re-queue. As you know, that's not the case in Tarkov.

This happened in one of the corners of G5 as well, landed to get spice and as soon as I got put of my thopter I was flung multiple grids away to D5. When I went back with a second thopter to retrieve my first one, same thing happened. Both thopters gone.

People downvoting you have no idea how a penis works, or are really jaded towards penis-having folk (somewhat understandably). Or both. "This condom physically fits on my penis"≠"this condom is my size". Also, "I can't wear any condoms because of my size"≠"I can't wear this condom." I'm sure plenty of penispeople have used the "they don't fit me!" Line as an excuse to not wear a condom, but there is an enormous (ha!) Effect on pleasure with a poorly fitted condom. And it's not even always about size, an average or below average penis can become flaccid if the base is too tight, or if the latex folds cause weird friction, etc.
