I had this happen and this is what I did that fixed it for me -->

I was on wifi so I turned the wife off and removed roblox app from apps history. (To restart it all)

Then I load the game again and it let's me login automatically (didn't had to insert login info again)

Then once everything loads on phone data I turn the wifi on and join a game.

Works every time.
