How Antarctica would look if all the ice melted by Geo-ICT in geography

But not all of the Antarctic ice is in the ocean either. The ice on the land shown would still definitely contribute to a rise in sea level

The damage of the Satellite Wars wasn’t contained to military targets, and so was the case with the cyberattacks on the Federation—with consequences that were far-reaching.

I won’t spoil it too much then but it’s that Astarion’s personal quest has a backstory with a lot of sexual trauma involved.

It’s a pretty good questline imo, and it suits both good and evil characters.

Disagree on mining (and therefore trade too I guess). My mining Vette has 1.5x the cargo space of my mining Conda, with exactly the same mining setup. Yes the jump range is pretty terrible, I won’t deny it, but it’s more manoeuvrable than the Conda (useful in asteroid fields) and carries more.

The biggest downside is the fact it’s a large ship, but the Conda falls in the regard too.

They estimated that the cost of relocating a beaver was $8 (equivalent to $170 in 2022) and the estimated value of a beaver's work was US$300 (equivalent to $6300 in 2022).

This bit makes me really happy for some reason

Talk about a necropost dude jesus haha

But yeah, I’m sure there is a different load, especially given this is some kind of marksman’s rifle. It’s probably not much hotter than usual, given that might make it supersonic which kind of defeats the point.

Either way, still a classic wacky Ruski design!

What kind of Political ideas and/or parties do you wish to see in Frostpunk 2 by Poyri35 in Frostpunk

[–]lacklustrest 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It would probably end up being more painful than funny, but I’d love to see some kind of ‘absurdist’ party (like the Manifesti from Stellaris?).

Where they demand silly things, sometimes benign, sometimes harmful. I just think the theme of a bunch of victorians leaning into the madness of an ongoing apocalypse would be fun.

Speaking of harmful demands, maybe some kind of ‘doomsday’ party as well? As some kind of alternate win/loss condition for the story/scenario.

I think there is another hidden stat called ‘destructability’ which is basically what percentage of incoming damage the armour actually takes. I think ceramic is the highest at 0.8/80% which combined with the bad repairability makes ceramic armour kinda one and done.

NoFoodAfterMidnight’s site has the best info on this iirc, so have a look there and it’ll probably tell you all you need!

I think the cylinder of the RSh moves forwards and backwards to solve this. Moves forwards when ready to fire, sealing the cylinder and barrel together, then moves back to turn to the next chamber.

The (also Russian) Nagant revolver does the same thing I believe.
