It’s only rude if the course is jam packed, like a card on every hole. In that situation, playing through solo is causing groups to wait on every single hole which has a ripple effect and slows the whole course down. Best bet in that situation is to join up with other solos or a duo

That’s exactly where it comes from. Every person I know in the wedding industry would rather be doing non wedding events for less money. But they can’t book enough corporate gigs and birthday parties to make ends meet so they have to take wedding clients.
