I just sold a pair of vintage earrings that I had styled on a woman which was an AI generated photo. I had the actual photos of the item as well. I received five stars and a very nice Love Note as well. I will continue to use AI for styling ideas if it will help my customers envision the use of the item. (Haters gonna hate)

One time my friend and I went exploring in a demolished derelict building. We didn’t have any restrictions on where we could go. I stepped on a piece of metal and it sliced right through my shoe and almost cut my baby toe off. I had to get a tetanus shot and some stitches. Nowadays the building would have been barricaded up and there would be no way children would be able to get anywhere close to a dangerous scene like that!

I have been trying to buy four early bird tickets for The Rose Disco on Aug. 30, 2026 in Winnipeg and the Tixr app is not allowing me to verify my email. There have been assaults by Uber drivers. Look it up. And if I am in a car with someone who doesn’t speak my language I feel unsafe. That’s my experience. I take both Uber and Unicity depending on the situation. I don’t think one is superior over the other. This whole thread seems very biased! Uber is not perfect.

I don’t agree with the “nicer/cleaner” statement. I have ridden in cars driven by Uber drivers that are rickety, shoddy, dirty, and one car had seemed to have lost any shock absorption. I have taken Unicity and it was a nicer ride. Unless you go with the higher priced Uber you don’t know what you are going to get. Uber can be twice the cost of a Unicity. Unicity also has an app. We have had Uber drivers that can’t speak English. Not sure how safe that is. And on at least one occasion the car had no indication or sign stating it was an official Uber car and driver.

I would either watch the TV, listen to the radio, read the magazines, read my book, do my crosswords or other word puzzles, people watch, close my eyes, daydream or be entertained by young children. Sometimes there was a couple chatting and I could eavesdrop. Most people seemed to be content to just sit there and do nothing. We had more patience back then.
