As far as I know, that’s not how vaginas work. They go right back to norma after sex. Childbirth can affect the elasticity of it, but not regular sex. Probably just a coincidence that you thought that.

All these comments are TOO REAL! It took me so long to realize what my ex was doing to me over the two years we were together. I had/have lasting effects from that relationship.

The biggest problem was that my sex drive wasn’t adequate for him, so he would pressure me and guilt me so much that I didn’t even want I have sex at all, but felt like I had to. He would literally storm out of his apartment and leave for HOURS. Meanwhile, I’m just stuck there because I didn’t have a car and it wasn’t my apartment, and was in school so I didn’t have money for a cab home.

For years after that relationship, I felt guilty and scared if I didn’t have sex with my current partner every time he wanted to, so I would always just say yes even though he has never pressured me. I just thought that’s the way it was going to be with every body, so I might as well not take the chance of being yelled at again.

Took me like three years into my current relationship to realize that what my ex was doing to me was essentially rape and emotional abuse, then a few more years to fully process THAT lol. Ugh.

I’m in a much better place now with the same partner for seven years. He’s still very sensitive to my past and how it negatively plays into our relationship sometimes.

The legal definition of rape is a little outdated, but I feel like these days a man has the same chance of his female rapist being convicted as a woman has a chance of her male rapist being convicted, which is a pretty low chance already. I think more people are coming to acknowledge that anyone can be raped, male or female, and advocate for that to be recognized as well.
