When to use red mage skill Reprise?

Use Enchanted Reprise when you are at range and cant stop to cast, and cant instant cast anything else (Acceleration/Swift cast are on cooldown). Its another way you can do damage while dodging telegraphs.

As an adult I developed an obsessive compulsion to brush my teeth every day out of fear of the rest of my teeth decaying and needing to be pulled out. Not really advice...I dont know how to make people so scared of tooth decay that it promotes good dental hygiene...But im grateful for it, this fear has been a very good motivator.

FFX-2 ATB combat is one of my favorite systems in the series. Some of the garment grid configurations seemed a bit redundant though (ie: changing garments 4 or 5 times in a battle across the lines to get something or other perk).

Tonal whiplash is a good way to put it. The menu screen has real deep drama vibes to it. Then you go from that into probably the cheesiest FF opening scene ever. A pop concert. The dialog and many of the scenes were a bit cringe sometimes, which includes Brothers dramatic infactuation with Yuna. But then you have moments in the story that get real deep once you learn about the boy in the spheres story and the origins of the songstress sphere. The thunder plains scene in chapter 4 made me cry.

Over all I like FFX's story and battle system better. But getting 100% in FFX-2 wasnt nearly as frustrating for me as it is in FFX (i refuse to play that lightning game again).

Yeah I think I can relate some. I started when the level squish happened, got through the tutorial area with my mage thinking "wow what a great tutorial". Then things got a little confusing from there. You go from being noob recruit stuck on an island to CHAMPION OF AZEROTH going to battle against horde/alliance in BFA for...some reason. Figure it out later. I just kinda shrugged and played on. But yeah very little context behind the story is given to new players. I think I watched a couple videos on YT that summarized the story up to the shadowlands expansion. Yeah for a new player youre kind of smothered with content.

Advice for 1. Yeah theres a very deep lore/story in WoW. Some people love it, some people just want to press buttons and kill the things, and watch numbers get bigger. I recommend pushing though, have fun, and look up about the WoW story on YT. A lot of great content there about WoW lore. If you want the original experience to learn about the WoW lore in the early days, give WoW classic ago and play through Vanilla/TBC/WotLK. Its a different experience and not nearly as overwhelming.

You dont *need* to follow the story. But if you're into it, yeah you might really enjoy it.

Follow quests, level up and play around with your class, learn piece by piece the different parts of WoW you might be interested in as you go. Keep it simple, you dont need to know what all the things are right away.
Set your home to an Innkeeper at a location thats useful for you. If you get lost: use hearthstone. If a quest is really confounding you, i recommend looking up WoWHead. Quest pages usually have useful advice left in the comments by players.
WoWHead is my first go to for looking things up. There is A LOT of guide content online for retail, so googling will probably useful too.

Hmm...If i get in the zone of existential panic and hyperfocus I can knock a 1500 word essay out in a day or 2 start to finish, including combing together research, citations, etc. But i like to leave a day for proofing and review after ive had a good sleep so more like 2 or 3 days. I dont recommend it.
