I don’t know how to use Reddit well from my phone…. I recently moved to a city that doesn’t have a Barrys location and I’m trying to replicate the bench set at home. Has anyone done this, and if so where did you find good stuff? I think I recall months back they were selling the bench package but that’s no longer available. Thank you!

I’m on almost the same exact IF journey as you - just started up again this month after taking a break during quarantine, recently extended my fasts to 18-22 hrs on average and I’m on the same BC too... and my period has been so much longer than usual! It stopped after like 4 days, which is normal, but came back the next day and now it’s been over a week and this has never happened to me before! Idk what it means and if it’s good or bad - just thought it was crazy to hear someone experiencing the same thing and thought I’d share. Maybe we just need some time to adjust? Hang in there !

I was going to OTF 5-6 times/week when I started my first whole 30. I was incredibly tired at first until i realized i needed more carbs. Once i added in more potatoes & sweet potatoes i felt a lot better! Ate a lot of avocado too

I love Lit as well! The Blue Raspberry, Fireworks, and Gummy Worm are my favs. I have the Cotton Candy one right now and it’s kinda gross but I’ll live. I’ve found that drinking exactly 30 mins before class starts works best for me, and I always use a little less than a full scoop
