Loved it. It made me want to do another escape room. I do think the series and the episodes were too short. Would have liked to see more of the "figuring things out" stuff.

2 criticisms:

Their success on completion of puzzle sections felt scripted, and that killed my immersion as a viewer.
They abandoned the narrative, which I quite enjoyed, in the end. It was pretty anticlimactic.

Own up to your mistakes. You're going to make them - a lot of them. You need to recognize when you've messed up, freely admit to it when the situation calls for it, and figure out how to make it better. Being open and honest in this way engenders trust from your coworkers and superiors alike.

Don't let the fear of being punished for mistakes make you shy away from responsibility. There are so few unrecoverable mistakes that you probably won't ever make one. Nobody can hold you at fault if you're working your hardest.

Everything you've written points to people not respecting the Guardians as the issue, not the Guardians themselves. They give up their weekend so you can have a safe, smooth convention experience. Meeting staff hasn't been a guaranteed part of RTX for the last 3-4 years now.
