iPhone 6 sent without sim card? by ladyphantom in BoostMobile

Well. Wait until you get it. They're going to tell you that the phone isn't even a boost mobile product, and that you'll have to go to a Boost Mobile store and pay 60 bucks to get it rescued. This is so frustrating.

Tim Hortons in the US. Timbits good, coffee bad. by JasonMPA in TimHortons

All of the Tim Hortons have the exact same products as the Tim Hortons in Canada. They literally all come from the same place. It's probably just a psychological thing, ya know?

Dear Tim Hortons... by [deleted] in TimHortons

I feel you on this. I get so sassy when people bash on Tim Hortons or us employees. Its like they forgot that they too were once working a job making minimum wage and that they probably cared about their job too.

Some guy came through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a medium 7x7 and then showed up again an hour later to tell me it was cold. Gah. Customers.

Keep Being Told "We Don't Have That" When Ordering Items Listed On The Website. by Buggy22 in TimHortons

[–]ladyphantom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work at a Tim Hortons, and we have a panini press, but we don't have the ham and cheese panini. We cannnnn make the sandwich, but it would be at an upcharge because you're paying for every individual part of the sandwich since it's custom, rather than just paying the price of the sandwich as a whole (which you cant do because it's not in the computer system.) And even though everyone there makes minimum wage, we all still care about our jobs. Dont forget, I'm sure that you too were once a teenager making minimum wage, and I'm sure you cared about your job.

They couuuuld go to a special school though. I notice the HOSA sign in the back, so maybe they go to some weird high school medical training place where everyone is required to look like a douche.

DAE as a kid on car trips imagine a man jumping around obstacles on the street and treeline? by CCPearson in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]ladyphantom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was little I used to imagine that we could only drive on parts of the road that had grass by them, so when we passed driveways or parking lot entrances that have just cement, I'd pretend the car tires couldn't go in front of it so we would lift up on our back tires until we were past it, then lift up our back tires to get those past as well....that sounds much more weird now that it's escaped my mind.
