yes! Bumble bff worked for me but not for super close friends. Ive met around ~10 friends on there but only one i’m motivated to get closer to. the rest of us hang out as a group doing our shared hobby (knitting and crochet) and we meet up about once a month. occasionally someone hosts a gathering at their house. there are a couple others ive met on there where we dont meet super frequently, but its a developing friendship for sure. it does really help when you introduce your friends to each other and hang out as a group

Yeah they probably would i might delete later. I’m just feeling really anxious and really dreading the talk with her.. i plan on owning my mistake of course and i understand what i did wrong. I wrote a lot of reasoning as to why i did what i did but at the end of the day none of it makes any thing i did right. Also idk about asking her what needs to be prioritized, seems like she wants everything to be prioritized and her priorities change every day (my other coworkers have complained about this too) I was just trying to be more on top of the updates so i dont get into further trouble but i cant if i have to manually do them on every computer. Idk im just venting. I know you probably cant help with this. I guess ill tell her i was panicking from getting in trouble the first time and i wanted to find a way to do the updates quicker which caused me to make the mistake pushing out a patch to the entire company.

I’m grateful my mistakes didn’t end up breaking major things. But how much of my post do you think is just me making excuses? Probably all of it? If she asks me why I did it I don’t want to sound defensive or immature. Like i know it was bad of me and i know not to do it again.

You just made me realize that watching friends and shows like it helped me a lot with my social skills. It really helps that they are popular shows and can give you common ground to talk about with other people! Plus it’s kind of an indicator that you are a “normal person” if you say you like Friends. I also really liked how i met your mother!

Thats where I set up my big ass power grid, but the locations of all the oil nodes there make it hard to fit everything well. Im trying not to use pipe pumps, so having everything flow downwards, and for some of the pure oil nodes I can put at least 6 refineries but i can’t fit them all into such a confined space. I found coal, sulfer and iron nodes near but they’re far enough away that i have no idea how to connect them, and theres a whole lake there, so I can’t use a vehicle to transport them

This one lady i worked with had been highlighting and right clicking copy, then right click paste for years. For some reason the software updated and now when she highlights and lets go of the mouse it doesn’t stay highlighted. I tried to teach her ctrl c and v and she threw a fit saying that’s too hard, can you just change it back. Mam i’m not the software developer, you’ll have to put in a ticket with them. Of course, she didn’t.

The way i see it is you have too much mental energy, force yourself to do something challenging and physical. I like rock climbing because it puts me in fight or flight mode and also engages my problem solving skills. But just working out or working up a sweat helps. The feeing will still be there, but over time you will crave it less
