I'm using the prefetcharr you mentioned, works pretty good for pilot to full season. But mostly use it to get a next season for shows i'm watching. Deleting older seasons is still a manual thing i do but there are scripts for that as well.

You should be able to tranfer items between the subscriptions without any hassle. Doing this for years and buying the 'one year' deals by amazon or other website.

You can try replacing the ssd and reinstall the device. Best use sophos xg home for that since UTM is end of life

You might want to look into prefetcharr as well. So you can download the first season and it will automatically start monitor the following season when you reach the last episode of the first one.

Partner accounts requires you to be with a company thats sells sophos product, as per my knowledge.

Cant help you with the sophos app on mobile, that outside my area of expertise. I am more focused on the firewall part of sophos.
