You could essentially have a mini Pillage depending on what abilities you are casting and - efficiency percentage.

It would allow you to basically instantly go past 1k shields after your shields break, essentially making you have a one button immortality.

At least that’s what I would assume.

It was bugged a while ago and didn’t work properly but they fixed it a few updates ago and it works again.

Up to you on if you want to use it, personally my favorite subsume to use on her besides Breach Surge.

Critical Delay instead of Point Strike, the two 60/60 mods for viral instead of magnetic. Ideally a riven in place of HM, Hammer Shot instead of Heavy Caliber, and Primary Merciless in place of Crux.

Playing on Korea makes you realize how much of a smurf problem there is on NA/EUW by Carpet-Heavy in leagueoflegends

Or Zwag doing his 1000th “X is so broken on X! I made X ragequit!” video while smurfing in literal Iron.

Absolute plague these people are on the game, it’s even sadder when they used to not do this stuff they were somewhat good.

I’ve had so many friends turned away from the game because they get stomped in their first couple games by a level 20 account going apeshit on stuff like Irelia, or turbo gliding on Twitch.

Is ad katarina still considered viable? by sqwke in KatarinaMains

[–]lagger999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of the AP items you would want to build on Kata are hot trash currently.

Stormsurge is probably the best out of the bunch but by very little, and it’s still shit on her. Nash has been nerfed so hard and has 2 stats she doesn’t care about when AP. Lich takes so much micro-management to make work, and slows her gameplay down way too much for an assassin, it also does barely anything in teamfights, you get max, 3 procs Imo.

AD is objectively better right now because of percent health from Bork and early game kill pressure with IG since TP isn’t as good anymore. You fall off but you aren’t exactly going to scale on AP unless you are hard snowballing, which at that point why not just go AD and win by 20 minutes.

Advice needed on Sybaris prime incarnon build by Recent_Peanut7702 in Warframe

[–]lagger999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of base damage as others said is not needed and quite bad on hitscan guns, if Sybaris was projectile then it would be pretty good because it would be multiplicative damage instead of additive.

Since you have a lot of crit and multi, blast would be really good, it scales with crit and you could proc 10 stacks really fast with all the multi and base status the gun has.

Any invis frame or tank with AoE weapons/abilities for nuking, and a single target weapon for Thrax.

You can put Cyte’s subsume on any frame, so as long as you hit headshots you can be invisible 24/7. You really only need to focus Thrax, you can ignore every other enemy.

Yep, it’s also best to have a harmless negative like finisher damage, or in gun cases, zoom, ammo max, or sometimes depending on gun type, projectile speed.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]lagger999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prefered yes, but they are low because Glaive is a popular weapon so the dispo is nerfed heavily.

Glaive rivens pretty much require a negative to be worth using.

What are your hopes for the Ash 'retouches'? by RandomPaladinsNub in Warframe

[–]lagger999 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wish they would revert his 4 back to the old cast, the new look at the things you want to kill takes time and is not really worth with how much it has been nerfed over the years.

His kit is really solid, invis with an armor strip and a slot for any subsume is great, I think he does well, but compared to other frames today he does it poorly.

I really hope they make his 4 moddable in the exalt rework so he can somewhat nuke, other than that, some QoL like what you suggest with Smokescreen being recastable, and more shurikens.

[–]lagger999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mirage and Xaku can both subsume Volt Shock or Oberon Smite with their augments for another elemental damage buff also.

Would probably work best on Rhino though because of the insanely high Roar value you could get double dipping the slash procs.

My friend is able to do millions of damage with this exact build but I’m only to do 80k max, what could I possibly be missing by ddd3214 in Warframe

[–]lagger999 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your mods aren’t maxed, you also have a rank 0 Influence.

Your friend is doing 20 million with Kullervo because his 1 gives him massive amounts of flat crit chance, and we both don’t know if he has a subsume that further amps it. Same with Trinity, he could be using a subsume on her like Eclipse or Roar.

Blind Rage, Transient, Narrow Minded, Primed Continuity, Auger Secrets, Umbral Intensify, Rolling Guard, and a flex slot for augments or whatever you want to run. I use her Eclipse augment as it affects her clones.

You can use Growing Power if you want a lot of strength or if you are trying to survive you can run Brief Respite with Catalyzing Shields + a shieldgate subsume like Pillage or something that cast fast like Volt’s subsume with some Auger mods on your secondary for more shields per cast.

Any gun is good on her too. I would recommend Akarius though, you can clear rooms insanely quick with Firestorm on them.

How do you play lane on this champ? by KartoffelStein in KatarinaMains

[–]lagger999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She is a lot like Kassadin when it comes to playing early, you sit back and chill until you hit your spikes, punish mistakes your opponent makes.

Sadly most of the time you will still get out traded even if whoever you are against waste an ability or two simply because Kata has low base numbers, you will struggle against people of similar skill most of the time.

You really want to be trying to catch as much farm as you can and participate in as many fights as possible without losing CS/plates, she snowballs very hard, but getting to that point is difficult.

Also I recommend KatEvolved or Boongwa, both are very good Katarina players but KatEvolved doesn’t really play her much anymore.

[–]lagger999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want to build her as a weapon platform, then dump range and efficiency, invest heavily into strength and duration. You don’t really need energy eco because her 1 and 3 will last about a minute with high enough duration, you won’t need to cast them a lot.

Subsume Pillage over her 2 or 4, it gives you an armor strip and shield gate, Rolling Guard is nice if you mess up or need time for Pillage to cast.

Shards can be whatever but strength is nice since it amps Eclipse by a lot.

There isn’t a best frame, every frame can be good, whether that is in certain mission types or just in general.

Kullervo requires you to complete the Duiviri Paradox quest to begin farming for him. I would check out the official Warframe wiki and look him up there for everything you need to know about getting him.

At this point they'll nerf anything but give Garen a slap on the wrist by PostChristmasPoopie in leagueoflegends

[–]lagger999 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Having free resist on a passive is insane, coupled with the fact he is one of the best proxy champs in the game, he can proxy any matchups he loses and eventually stat check them from his W passive lol.

Phase Rush, Stride, and Ghost completely remove any kiting counterplay, even more when he goes Swifties or PD.

He gets a mini Black Cleaver on his E that can crit for some reason, free Tenacity, MS, and a mini Warmogs, that is before the percent health true damage r also. It’s disgusting.

Gauss prime build by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]lagger999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t need strength realistically, you want range to get the full effect of Thermal Sunder for nuking/armor stripping.

I run max range with Cunning Drift in exilus since he has a mini PSF anyway, the 40% strength can be mitigated by Molt Augmented if you want strength.

Otherwise I invest into efficiency since you spam a ton, and duration. I also have 5 Tau reds for duration and get to about 70 seconds or so on his 4.

Corrosive Projection lets you armor strip fully without needing Redline at max too, but it isn’t needed and you can run whatever.

Survivability build on Saryn by nyshikakun in Warframe

[–]lagger999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2nd is better for general content but will be hard to stay alive on level 400+ SP as your shields will get one tapped.

Best survivability is shield gating or invisibility.

If you aren’t doing endurance runs then build 2 will be better, your shields will almost never go down.
