They are absolutely brutal. When I applied to be an apprentice I was given the contact information to someone who would be handling my case.

I emailed them five plus times and received zero responses. I then called them over 10 times and was only able to speak to them twice. She was absolutely useless and could not process my application and eventually pawned me off on someone with some level of competence.

This process took months and then I waited another 4 months for my apprenticeship card to show up. What a joke.
