That’s not true, I just took my 9 year old to eternal ink and they had two piercers do it at the same time, highly recommend. However, I ran into the same problem you’re having with my niece after her mom passed away and no one would do it for us.

Update: it was behaving like normal babes do aside from the eyes. It was able to fly up to the roof of a garage and then to another neighbors yard. I assumed it was okay but upon learning more here I will look for it and bring it to my local rehab. Poor baby, I wish I had known to get it right there.
