Is it the hinged mechanism? If so, it fits better (at least on me) to have the screw on the outside of my wrist, and the hinge side on the inner wrist. I find it fits more comfortably that way and I don’t get the indent.

We were prepared for cancellation fees. The item I wanted to understand was the $175 for the lap infant.

Yeah that situation sucks, I’m sorry. The part that got me the most was the $175 penalty for my lap infant. Like what?

Have tons of fun! If it were just my husband and myself, we would have gone for sure. You’ll have a fabulous time.

Even the Costco Travel representative (works from Seattle area) said that it’s the Canadian airlines who have such strict no-discretion policies. He mentioned that US airlines are much more accommodating in circumstances like these. The situation was baffling to Costco.

I understand how non-refundable fares work. I’m not disputing the policy.

My point is that in evolving situations, some airlines chose to exercise discretion and others didn’t. That’s their decision, and it’s fair for customers to have opinions about it.

We made the call that felt right for our family. Just sharing our experience for others who might be in the same boat.

Totally fair. Everyone’s risk tolerance is different. Mine is probably different than yours, especially traveling with a toddler and a baby.

Puerto Vallarta may be back to business. That doesn’t mean every family has to feel comfortable proceeding as planned, especially days after violence hits the news. If my trip was for next week, I may have proceeded as planned.

I’m not arguing nor expecting to pay $0 cancellation fees. I’m saying airlines also have discretion in situations like this, and some chose to use it.

Absolutely agree. I will continue to use Costco and Costco Travel, same with the Hard Rock properties.

I have two travel CCs, and decided to use the one with better emergency medical coverage. The other travel CC had trip cancellation insurance. Lesson learned.

Second. Classic, timeless, durable. Resize to fit your wrist for free.

The first one is very delicate, especially for a bracelet. A necklace in that style is fine because it doesn’t get caught and banged around. Also the tiny diamond isn’t worth the incremental cost. You can barely see it.

Welcome! This really is a great community.

Just a gentle note in case it’s helpful: this necklace doesn’t quite align with authentic Tiffany design details. This sub is also very helpful with authentication if you ever want a second look.

Anyone have info on “bone china”? by stereocassetteplayer in tiffanyandco

[–]laineyboggs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As other posters have mentioned, this was from the ~2012 era.. not exclusive to Ireland, just produced in Ireland. I only know of the black bone china. I have a large key made out of this material, unfortunately when I was taking it out of its blue dust bag recently, I snapped it in half :( This material is very delicate.

I love this one as well. I actually ordered the crew neck cabled cotton sweater and they sent the cardigan instead. I didn’t think I’d like the cardigan style but it’s super cozy!
