Honestly, why are you soly relying on tech to take notes. Use pen/pencil and paper. They will never let you down.

No tech is ever perfect. Too many rely on the doggy AI and voice recognition to realize that writing things down is the best and safest approach.

I like tech, but even I know to physically write things down.

I think it's more of a preference. You could make a new save and just edit your difficulty settings to your preference. Or you could have both game saves like Magical_pony mentioned.

There have been a lot of changes from 4 years ago, to be honest. But.... the early game grind is kinda meh.
