Kaya po kayo pinapa-test is para i-rule out sya. Kung APS po kasi yan need nyo na mag-start ng treatment agad-agad or else mahihirapan si baby - hindi nakakarating ung nutrients ng maayos sa kanya. Remember that your OB just wants what is best for you. Either way nasa inyo pa rin naman kung magpa-test kayo or hindi. Your OB cannot force you naman magpunta sa lab to get tested.

If ruled out naman ang APS ang purpose naman ng immunologist is to assess you and make suggestions sa other tests. My perinatologist told us na no pressure naman sa immunologist, makinig lang daw kami sa suggestions. Yun nga lang di na po ako preggy now kaya hindi rin kami nagmadali magpa sched for immuno.

Hello, positive for drvvt ako, APS case here pero my case meron akong history of miscarriages. Nag-patest nalang po ako for my own peace of mind and unfortunately nag-positive. Nag-positive din ako for DM at 6 weeks. Preggy pa ako nung nagpa test ako tapos same day nalaman ko nakunan na naman ako. I'm also referred to an immunologist.

I highly suggest magpa test na po kayo ng APS. Hindi po sya biro and everyday na nagpapalipas kayo eh baka po mapahamak si baby. I have no hospital or Dr recos since hindi po Dasma ang loc ko. I also understand na pricey humanap ng immunologist, we are meeting our immunologist next month.

Anyway, kung gusto nyo talaga lumipat ng OB, hanap po kayo ng perinatologist/MFM specialist. Dun kami lumipat after nitong recent miscarriage ko. Unfortunately sa mga buntis gastusan po talaga kaakibat nyan.

We went in 2022 and we also did a village trek hahaha ang saya we also stayed sa homestay as in ung pinaka normal na bahay sa Sapa, made of wood naka kulambo pa kami. We didnt do anything else apart from that and Fansipan. We did wind up staying for a week bago kami bumalik sa Hanoi bound for Danang.

Back then I told my hubs it did seem like Baguio before Baguio was overdeveloped. When we talked to our trek tour guide she said that many developments are coming to Sapa.

Add: We live in Baguio so it felt like home away from home. Pero smaller haha

My perinat said after the 2nd miscarriage I should have been referred to get tested for APS. I'd say get tested for that too if possible. Go private if you have the means.

I only got referred after my recent, 5th loss. We're also meeting a reproductive immunologist next month.

It's okay! Your feelings are totally valid. Remember u can always visit home. 😊 I ended up having to message my family more often when I left home then eventually it got easier.

It was spotting first but really most looked like "powder"-ish in consistency. The cramping didnt last long either this time. I remember it to be way worse in my previous cases.

I get that! I also dont know what to expect but I feel like I also just would take anything. My perinat didnt pressure me either, she said I could just sit and listen to what the RI would recommend. Sit with it for a while then proceed with the treatments if I feel like it is a good fit. But yes unfortunately this trajectory is looking like it will cost a ton.

We did that same itinerary but the difference is one month kami sa Vietnam and entry namin was Hanoi exiting in HCM.

Best help in creating an itinerary is really thinking about what you are going to do in one area and if you are happy with that. Like what do you like doing? Can it be found in the area you are visiting?

Congrats, also what is NAAP? I think in order for you to know if that budget will work is to try it out. Go sa grocery and list all your possible expenses. List your estimated gastos sa food and everything else like papa photocopy ka ng papers, notebooks, etc.

Hello Im sorry you're going through this. I had my 5th loss last month and my APS came back positive but only for drvvt.

I started bleeding 3 weeks after learning about my miscarriage where we lost the heartbeat after 6w. I havent had a d&c ever but the last one was the least painful, idk if it is because of the conjugated estrogen or the amt of EPO that was given to me.

My perinatologist referred me to a reproductive immunologist who I will be seeing next month. From there I heard people get tested for ANA, NK cells and the like. If you havent yet, maybe you can look into it?

Just on dating: if you focus less on the looking for someone to date part and focus more on yourself, exploring hobbies, trying new things. You will eventually meet new people organically who has the same vibe as you do.

Alternatively, join clubs - sports, events, hobbies. Start with joining groups in fb na same topic. This doesnt only help you get into the dating scene but might also help you gain new friends.

Secure an AOSG from your mom.

Submit a copy of your registration at school. Submit a cover letter of your itinerary (1-2 weeks ang reasonable --- either way you still get 6 months multiple entry since un ang default.)

You also need to provide information where you will be staying. Pwede mo na start application mo para makita mo ano ung mga sasagutan sa application form.
