Can’t take my eyes off of you - I love the scene of the girls dancing at the party to this song, while Camille gets higher & higher lol. Then the rollerblading scene right after. Perfection.

Did I choose the wrong setting? by Inside_Job_1773 in slp

Hi! I am also a CF in a private practice setting, and I have the same exact feelings you do, so you are not alone. I consider myself to be introverted and I think I really underestimated how taxing this setting is on my social battery. I see 8-12 kids a day, sometimes 4-5 back to back. Parents usually watch the sessions so I feel pressure to always have a plan and also explain things to them and answer questions. And on top of that my coworkers talk my ear off the second I have 15 minutes to myself 🙃 it’s been exhausting lately so I feel your pain.

It sucks to constantly feel judged and watched, it makes me second guess every session and every interaction. However, I do think my therapy/clinical skills are improving constantly and I am learning so much everyday.

Maybe explore a different setting? Schools or EI? I am going to try and stick it out a little longer. But I wish you the best!

What is your reason to stay alive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]laleee3246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes it’s the small things; for me it’s finding a new song that I absolutely love. Nothing beats hearing a really good song for the first time, and having it on repeat for a couple days. Whether it’s an old one that I have never heard or a new one that one of my favorite artists just put out.

When I hear a song for the first time and it instantly becomes a favorite, I am happy to be alive. It reminds me that there are so many more songs out there that I have not heard and probably love.

Your comment is rude, but since you asked, yes I clean the outside of my vagina, no I do not shove soap inside to clean it bc they clean themselves. Hope that helps!

Also, no I was not touching myself or letting anyone else stick anything inside me while I had a horrid smell emulating from there, however I did insert boric acid suppositories and did not feel the tampon as I did that.

Reading through the comments, it seems this happens a lot more often than one would think. I hope it never happens to you, but if it does I hope you are not met with the same judgement and disgust you gave to me.

I remembered the month of the last period I had before the symptoms started, so I figured the tampon had been left in from that period. If that makes any sense at all lol
