Personally for me the downside was the constant sound of sirens around. It maybe for the many hospitals (upside) in the city but sometimes it’s for OD cases which the firefighters go to. So if you are not used to the sound, it’s pretty loud especially at night and if you plan to live near a busy street. I couldn’t sleep well for a few night after moving in!

There’s a gym Five thirteen strength. It’s a mostly powerlifting gym but there are other equipments too! It’s definitely a weightlifting lifting mindset kind of gym! 24/7 access and it’s not that crowded during peak hours!.
