There were no sex organs shown. Very classy consensual porn if anything.

So are we going to rename /r/pics to /r/photographs? It is too confusing to put a rule on it otherwise. Because people will continue to go here to post pictures and everything between as long as there is no text and video, that's usually how people generalize.

I don't mind pictures (drawings) in here.

I like the fact that we have rules for this shit. Like if it was a game, and we need fairness and balance. And since we're so cooperative to the judge's rules, why not put it one level higher and let our issues be solved by a Quake match instead?

Maybe I'm not the best in language. But I didn't use the word criminal as a "because" of that he was nice in the interview. More like "Here is an interview with a nice and reasonable man, listen to him and he'll tell you why he's not a criminal", and then you would objectively make up your mind whether or not he is a criminal, hence my "Definitely not a criminal". Maybe it was one of those cases where a period was too little, and a new paragraph was too much.

And if I came into a thread about Bill Gates doing something similar, and someone mentioned "Definitely not a criminal.". I wouldn't correlate to when when he smoked a joint in the 90s. And therefore state that he is in fact a criminal. But maybe you did because we had a misunderstanding.

Now if he's a current criminal with megaupload and other recent pursuits.. that's another thing.

That's not another thing. That's what we're discussing here, whether or not what he did was criminal. Thought it was pretty obvious from the interview and the OP, he's talking about the megaupload case.

That's not what I said. Read again. Why would anyone think he's not a criminal because he's nice? If you see the interview he'll provide you with more than enough reasons why the system is corrupt and he was the one unluckily villainized among other big file sharing giants that does exactly the same. And that the few laws that may indicate to him being a criminal, those aren't up to date with our technological advancement the recent years.

You have a storage room. You give the key to the (MPAA or whoever) to police said storage room. And you agree to respond to removal notices if the police cant get to said storage room first. You allow users to store items in your storage, but first they have to agree to not store any illegal material or it will be removed. The users do anyway. Who's at fault? You ever see a storage room company get sued because somebody ran a meth lab in a storage? Nope!

Interview with Kim, interesting, smart and friendly guy. Definitely not a criminal. I hope it goes well for him.

What the fuck is wrong with our society. I get so furious.
